WHO IS SAYURI?
Sayuri Conoy is an artist, author, podcast host, Reiki practitioner, and storyteller whose work is rooted in truth, self-discovery, healing, creativity, and personal transformation.
Through music, books, conversations, and energy work, Sayuri creates spaces where people can look beyond what is visible, question what they've been taught, and reconnect with who they truly are.
This is more than a collection of creative projects. It is a journey--and you're invited to experience it.
MY CREATIVE JOURNEY
My journey has never been a straight line.
Music became one of the ways I gave language to experiences that were difficult to explain. Writing became another--allowing me to explore memory, identity, family, pain, purpose, and the lessons hidden inside lived experience.
Today, those different parts of my creativity come together through music, books, In Plain Sight, and House of Sayuri Reiki.
Every project carries a piece of the journey. Every story has something to teach. And every chapter creates an opportunity to see life--and ourselves--a little differently.
